That's got to be some sort of typo, 500 lumens from an X300? How is that even possible?

Surefire or not, when you say 500 (MAX) it means just that MAX. What is the standard running brightness? I think if it were a 500 lumen light they would advertize it as such. If they mean 500 lumens for let's say 30 minute run time, that would be great!
I am in no way knocking Surefire, I just don't care for the advertising strategy.

320 lumen is the brightest light i own. I now know i NEED a 500 lumen surfire, lol
