    No. Rocksett can easily be torqued off with a proper wrench.

    Rockset is very hard to get off if you clean the threads (both sides) in solvent and use a lot of it. However, the ATF would not consider it permanent. Still, I probably could use Rockset in such a way that I personally could not get it off.

    I've used one drop on the mount and one on the barrel and torqed it off without an excessive amount of effort. (I had to exchange my first mount)

    The ATF does not recognize chemical bonding as a way to permanently install a flash hider or brake.
