Can someone please list the all the paper work and forms numbers and everthing else that needs to be done and sent/ Mailed in to the ATF Office. I just want a detail list so I can check to make sure that I have all the paper work that needs to be sent it to the ATF in order to get my SBR Tax Stamp.

If using a Trust:
2 Form 1s, 1 Declaration of Trust, 1 Certificate of Compliance and a check for $200

If doing it as an individual:
2 Form 1s (with a passport photo on each and signed off by your CLEO), 2 fingerprint cards, 1 Certificate of Compliance and a check for $200

GotM4, or anybody what color is the FBI Finger print card? What does it look like? I am looking at my PD to see if we have it here on the finer print card shelf.

It's a white card with blue lines and a ATF NFA stamp on it. You have to get them from ATF.

I think most police departments keep those cards on hand, they are used when civilians need printed for job/ licensing and such. We have them at the Sheriff's Office and I've used them when sending in Form 4. I just put ATF's ORI on them, it's worked so far.

Buy a factory SBR and solve the problem. For example, and LE6921 runs around the same price as a LE6920.

This is true but most want to build their own from scratch.

Just noticed this, and I agree completely. All of my SBRs are factory and not engraved.

I'm waiting for my most recent form 1 to come back to me for corrections When I picked the paperwork up off my desk I drop the second copy off the side of the desk and only sent one; I just found the second copy last night while cleaning
