What is the paper work difference between buying a factory SBR and building an SBR? I was thinking of buying a Noveske or having Grant build me an SBR and just want an idea of what paper work I have to send in if I go this route. Thanks in advance.

I went the 6921 route, got a great deal from Code4 LLC. I liked not having to have any additional engraving. Plus the 6921 actually is marked as a Colt M4 on the lower receiver. Actually, its marked "M4LE" but still...

What is the lenght of barrel? What is Overall? I am trying to fiilout the "Application to make and register a firearm." What to do put down for " the reason why you intend to make Firearm" ???

Mine flew with 11.5 inches for the barrel, and 27.5 inches for the OAL. "Investment and Collection" works best for all of the F1s and F4s.
