For those who are interested, I have attached a document that I compiled 2 years ago (when I started Prepping) for family, friends and co-workers in hopes of communicating the need to Prep. It is only a very basic outline, thus the "101". Maybe it might be of use to you or somebody that you know. I am new to this Forum, and reading the Threads prompted me to update the document.
