rkba01, I can't even back myself into the FAL forums. Would you mind briely describing what the issue is regarding the bolt over bullet picture shown.

I was able to watch several youtube.com DSA mag usage selections which seemed to work fine.

I also went to the AK files and read down the FAL forums, along with the Valmet forum and some off the wall FAL stuff.

The only ref, I found to problems was regarding some sort of SLR that was a clone of the FAL action.

mags arent cheap. 30 pistol mags at 30 bucks apiece? 100 rifle mags? just image the amount of freeze dried food you can buy instead of all that. dont buy more than you are comfortable carrying.

Buy that number times two. Mags should be rotated every 3-6 months to keep your springs fresh.
