Between the two choices, the H&K/Umarex/Walther MP5 .22LR is the better option. It's better constructed and feels more solid than the GSG. But, accuracy and reliability is the same.
GSG took their airsoft MP5 and made it into a .22LR.
H&K licensed Umarex to make them .22LR firearms. In turn, Umarex handed their H&K licensed airsoft to Walther and had them made into .22LR firearms.
