    LOL! Actually, anyone inside a vehicle. Bu did tests and 10mm from an MP5 got through more often and retained more weight to hurt the bad people inside. Now imagine if the Bu used "real" 10mm instead of 40 long in the MP5s. Unless you are using green tips in your .223 you won't be able to compete IMHO - especially with a shorty .223. Obviously a .223 platform has the advantage if the mope is wearing armor.

    I'd rather have something round about like a cross between an HK33K and tommy gun chambered in .30 carbine.

    ... heck, I wouldn't mind one in .45 ACP, but I think the .30 carbine is a little more useful in a subgun/carbine.

    All things considered, it's a crying shame vector couldn't crank out more 9mm MP5 clones, I would have set aside money for one.

    10mm is fairly uncommon.
