    Would this not fall under a Form 5 transfer?

    I thought form 5 was govt.

    5 is tax exempt for to/from Govt, to lawful heir, etc.

    Thank you. I know that is the form we have used for the PD. There is a bummer of a red stamp on the form stating the pre '86 MG is not transferable to us regular folks!
