Barrel came pre-dimpled. I installed gas block on the dimple and then drilled and pinned. Looks plumb.
Today I took the upper down and unpinned the gas block - you could see the outline of the much bigger gas block orifice around the port.
I measured the port size - the .074 pin went in with a little movement, the .075 pin wouldn't go in, so I'd guess you could call it .074 to .0745ish.
That is the first Geissele gas block I've unpinned after I've pinned them. I was really impressed with how nice the channel in the barrel looked. Went back together easy, I even re-loctited the allen screws, even though I was kind of wondering why I even re-installed them, LOL.
