I don’t think they understand what the word “emergency“ means. It would take a Scotus about two minutes to smack that crap down. This is specifically what they were saying you can’t do anymore by just legislating by Fiat. Do you want to save the environment, pass laws to save the environment. If it’s such an emergency, it should be clear to everybody and they should pass the right legislation.
