Its a hookah/still/coffee/bong machine.

"Foreign types with the hookah pipes say: Aye oh way oh. . ."

I think I got it down to suit my taste with three (3) scoops for this particular type of brewing which is at about 12 ounces.

Of course, wishing I had that Halogen Beam Heater, but at $400USD~$500USD if one can find it! ? ! The spirit-lamp heater will have to suffice for now.
