Here is a picture of my rifle. It took 3 years to build this far. Future additions will include an Atlas bi-pod, I will be applying for a tax stamp for suppressor use/purchase, and someday have NV in front of the day scope. I get that far, it will be completely done.
Interesting facts about this rifle: It cost me $6500 to build it as pictured, weighs 15.4# w/o the bi-pod as pictured, won me first place honors in 2010 at a battle rifle shoot, and best groups so far at 300yards fall just under 1/2MOA.
I wish I had longer ranges and was rolling my own ammo. Ultimate goal is to get 1/4MOA at 300yards and get on a 1000yard range with it. I'm just a former engineer, LE student and not some sniper, but I hope I someday can match this rifle's ability with my own. Anyway there she is, enjoy...
