I don't get it. I just push on the pins with my fingers. Who needs a tool? It takes me literally all of 1 second to push the pins out with the tip of my finger, then grab it from the opposite side and finish pulling it out. I
assumed this was 'bout the case for everybody!
It's funny how the AR-15 business has become one of the biggest cash cows that benefit off from stupid people. So many useless and/or junk products with a hefty price tag and yet it all continues to sell. I'm amazed and also a little disgusted.
Reminds me of the tools, gadgets, and snake oil these armchair commando Rock River owners say is a requirement for working on your AR. I've pieced together my entire BCM and changed every part you can imagine on it - as well as installing a free float rail. Guess what I have for tools...... drum roll...... a $10 set of punches from Wal-Mart (excellent quality surprisingly) and a $35 Dremel that I used to remove my delta ring, also from Wal-Mart. Oh, and a 89 cent flat head screw driver.
I'm not even so sure the Dremel really counts because it has so many other uses as well.
Not to mention, this is all done on.. you guessed it.. my kitchen table!
