I had my WTF moment in a two day carbine course last month. First day went smoothly. Early on the second day, my rifle failed to feed. Went through the clearing drill and it still FTF. Instructor found the ejected half of the case behind me. Was using Black Hills Blue Box (Remanufactured). Had my backup rifle and kept on running. During the break the instructor used the Brownell's case extractor and whippy, snappy, it was good to go. I don't leave home without it. If not for me, then for someone else when Murphy shows up!
Most essentials have been covered except......................extra can of Copenhagen!
