Don't say it too loud or you'll end up with a lawsuit on your hands.

I can’t speak to fireclean, but my degree is in petroleum engineering. There are a lot of food safe chemicals for many purposes that are just effective as the toxic chemical...just more expensive. Being non toxic and food safe as a lubricant doesn’t really mean much in and of itself.

Unless it’s based on a lot more than that. Not sure.

I take an old toothbrush and apply my oil/atf mixture to the bolt and carrier front half. How much are you guys adding that it is flying out and getting on clothes?

I have a connection high within the F-E racing world and he sent me a sample of the grease & oil that is used on the electrical connections in all the connections pits TV radio systems and what not. It was a one race supply and cost $399.00 a gallon and only sold in 55 gallon barrels. He sent me an 1/8 oz tube. Now back to the question but I will ask my own silly question, does anyone beside me useALG Go Juice and 0000 very fine grease exclusively?

Mobil 1 stays around longer than Slip. Tried it myself. Mobil 1 is superior, and cheaper.

When it comes to motor oil vs gun-specific oil... There is NO WAY that any of these gun oils have the degree of engineering or development behind them that something like Mobil 1 does. One could say that this doesn't apply since the environment encountered in a firearm is different than an engine, but engine conditions are arguably more extreme than firearms (temp, pressure, longevity, etc).
    This is the truth
