I believe this is a run away rumor caused by sales guys and buyers that thought they had a much bigger piece of the story then they actually did. When his rumor first started their largest LE distributor had no idea about it. I don’t think Colt is in a position to turn away money from anybody.

My problem with this is, every Colt hater will be quoting this as proof that Colt hates you, etc long after it is disproven to persuade you that they weren't dumb to buy a
