I noticed that there was a single round outlier that blew the ES. I’m gonna shoot this string again another day. This barrel has a very low round count, not sure if that matters.
We’ve noticed that the 16” barrel in the OP is “slow” in back-to-back comparisons with an 11.5” and 14.5” guns, with the 11.5” losing very little velocity, and the 14.5 getting more velocity than the 16”. You can see above that the 12.3” barrel had essentially the same velocity as the 16” with 68gr Frontier, but that was on different days with different temps.
