My problem with all the bikes listed by the OP, is they are all old technology.
I would think of a Husky 701 in either enduro or super moto, or have one bike and 2 sets of tires and wheels.
Also the KTM 790 Adventure.

I'm tempted to get another scooter & would roll more along the lines of an enduro & add minimal lighting to be road legal as I would spend most the time in the dirt.

My KTM 350 can get up to 75 on the highway but it is screaming pretty loudly at that speed in 6th gear.
I had a Kawasaki KLR 650 for a couple years, bought it used, paid like $1500 bucks for it, great bike got great mileage also and more than enough power for anything you would want ! KLRs have a cult following, just look them up, tons of info, updates & quick fix's for them. Also tons of aftermarket goodies, at least there was. I rode it a couple years and really figured out I wasn't a "bike" guy so I sold it and bought more gun stuff,,LOL !
