I've never used N320, but it's about impossible (barring gross negligence on my part) for my Dillon powder measure NOT to throw a charge...

N320 is extruded, which might be problematic... I use flake or ball powders, which all meter better.

It sounds like maybe you're simply at the ragged edge of loading too light...
