    Aero 14.5" Mid-length

M4E1 Stripped Lower Receiver, Special Freedom Edition - I like Aero Precision stuff, I feel their quality and features make them a good value
    M4E1 Threaded Stripped Upper Receiver
Aero Precision AR15 Upper Parts Kit
Noveske Pivot/Takedown Pins - better fit and function than generic LPK pins
AR15 ATLAS S-ONE 12" M-LOK Handguard - slim, lightweight and overlaps the receiver to prevent rotation
Magpul Type 2 M*LOK Rail Covers - adds grip without a lot of bulk
BCM Auto Bolt Carrier Group - Criterion sells them headspaced to their barrel
    Criterion CORE Series 14.5″ Mid-Length, Chrome-Lined, 223 WYLDE, 1-8 Twist - wanted to try a continuous taper 14.5" barrel
Badger Ordnance TDX SS Gas Block 0.625″ - purchased with barrel, very nice quality
    BCM Gas Tube
VG6 Precision Delta 556 Flash Hider - long enough to meet ATF minimum barrel length
    Seekins Precision Bolt Catch
Seekins Precision Billet Magazine Release Button
Colt AR-15/M16 Mag Catch - personal preference
Magpul MOE+ Grip - personal preference
    BCM GUNFIGHTER QD End Plate
BCM GUNFIGHTER CH Mod 4B - personal preference
BCM Carbine Stock Hardware Mounting Kit (Mil-Spec) H1 Buffer
ALG Defense ACT Trigger - personal preference
Radian Talon Ambi Selector - personal preference
Mission First Tactical Minimalist Stock - light
Swampfox Blade 1x25 Prism Scope - the etched reticle is clearer than the dots on my Aimpoints or Eotech
Impact Weapons Finger Stop - for consistent hand placement

I like this. Obviously looking forward to a range report, including optic longterm performance.

My pal Junior made it about 20 years ago. It’s 2’ x10’ and made from a single sheet of 1/8” steel, he bent up some channel from the drop and welded it to the underside for reinforcement. I wipe it down with Krown corrosion inhibitor a few times a year to keep the rust at bay. Definitely overkill, but that was how Junior rolled…
