    What a freaking joke. Worked well in Mexico, India, Africa,... but NO can't talk about that. According to the law if there is an effective treatment, then the emergency use authorizations for the vaccines have to be withdrawn. Therefore the .gov refuses to acknowledge any.
    AND.. the juicy home test kit contracts recently awarded become less lucrative if we actually treat the virus effectively. Keep getting tests and worthless boosters in perpetuity!

    If my employer mandates the vaccine, is he then responcible for any side effects?

    On companies making you get it, your only hope is that your state has pre-emption. That seems to be the new whine from the left, that big multi-state corps can force some of their blue state people to vax, but some red states have bans in place. That isn’t fair. Uhm, MOVE, and stop voting Dem.

    Got source for the NIH study?
    I wouldn't make that assumption. They passed the tax on uninsured people and that stood for years. I'm sure they could find some way to do it.

    Wanna know what I find absolutely amazing? Healthcare workers have [apparently] less/different/adjusted Constitutional rights than other citizens. They also have freaking awesome immune systems because they only have to quarantine for 5 days as opposed to the general population who need 10 days.

    It's a bad joke. Not even worth snickering at.

    If my Employer say's "You must have the vaccine to work here" are they now responcible for side effects?
    Because you could make a pretty good argument for yes they are.

    Also since Omnicin is so infectuous and sporeads so much faster;
    Lets Bring Out the Test Kits !
    That should let us hold on to this another month or so.

    That's the free-range lunatic asylum called Callifornia across the board, though.

    And what about for schools? I think you might be able to say during the height of the pandemic last year that you could argue for it maybe? But a booster shot for kids now? My kids school is starting to say they need it to be able to go on activities and field trips. I’m thinking about telling them they better freaking start to think about their legal exposure on this, especially since they’re a private school.

    I wouldn’t want my name on anything anywhere near boosters for kids.
    The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

    It's that simple.
