Ad to think some "pro-gun" forums take offense to such posts... not so much the PITA part as the comparison to their spiritual forebears, refusing to take into account that as a professional historian when I make such comparisons it is not hyperbole or rhetoric but deliberate comparisons between regimes, their officials and patterns of behavior thereof.

Well said. I understand that our schools are abysmal failures and don’t teach history, but it seems no one wants to take it upon themselves to read a history book either.

I wish. Technically this ruling does nothing since it only effects Maxim Defense existing customers and FPC members. You still can’t buy a braces pistol, even from Maxim.
