Have been aware of antisemitism in this and other countries; but never realized the widespread extent of it until now. Reading about the numerous pro palestine support rallies in various cities, notably NYC did take me by surprise. What is even more disconcerting is the editorial comment by Jewish journalists in the various media, Nicholas Kristoff of the NYT among others, preaching for the Palestinians. I peruse multiple news outlets,ranging from LA Times to the BBC, and incredulous to the left wing comments on "Ha-Aretz" regarding the situation in Israel and various antisemitic commentaries in British news sources, and multiple ones here, Lat Times, WSj, NY Times, NY Daily News among others.

I guess the Lenny Bruce line from 1960's has a ring of truth to it: 'everybody hates the Jews'. Apparently I was unaware of the extent of this hatred and how widespread it actually is. I also gather that Jews may be their own worst enemy by extending sympathy to their killers. Golda Meir said years ago, "you cannot negotiate with those that want to kill you". Why don't the Jewish people realize this ?

Speaking of... am I the only one dismayed by the disturbing amount of traffic I've been seeing on some gun and other "respectable conservative" boards from people who think in America abortion should be a capital offense out one side of their mouths but out the other openly cheer or tacitly support Hamas doing things to Israeli babies that would make even Planned (Non-)Parenthood blanch? Seriously, every day there's somebody who tempts me to risk a ban somewhere by reminding them "didn't we have this argument and your side first lost a WORLD WAR then lost AGAIN at Nuremberg?"

I saw footage on the news of a huge ground force postured at what I suspect was the 'border' to Gaza. Tons of armor and personnel. I am curious as to how that will lead to 'the world will change drastically'.

I believe (not sure) that the drastic change was speculation of retaliation around the world by the hamas terrorists & sympathizers.

Actually listening to Travis Haley on his IG page discussing the 96 hour thing. He basically said that people in the military told him about the 96 hour warning and to share it with the American people, because the GOV is not saying anything. He is supposing that the massive ground attack will piss people off and may lead to worldwide attacks. At least that is how I took it.

While that may be the case, and I certainly hope it is not, we've had about 8,748 examples of these imminent threat warnings since 9/11, and very very few ever pan out to be true.
