I can't explain why and maybe I have said this elsewhere in this thread by I find it so fascinating that these guys have just stuck with not even just the 1911 platform, but a specific gun in the majority (or all in the case of the Colt?) of the shooting. I personally like different features from gun to gun so while sights and guns are set up pretty similar, I have different grips, finishes, etc. that I can enjoy on a range trip/class and then maybe my preference is different on the next. Kudos to these guys and I can't wait to see more updates! I can't help it, I am a nerd.
