    The QD sockets on the rails are anti-rotation.

    Just picked my second 14.5 upper (First responder discount is very good).

    It's out of NFA jail.




    An interesting thing to note is that the lower receiver appears to be painted while the upper receiver appears to be anodized. I don't really understand the logic behind that, but OK. Other than that minor finish issue, everything looks great fit and finish wise. I was going to put Magpul MBUS 3 sights on it, but they were super tight going on. I've had this issue with the MBUS 3 sights on other rails, so I decided to go with a FAB Defense backup sights. For an optic I chose the new Mepro M22. The guys in the UAE probably didn't envision Israeli sights on the rifle they designed, but it will be a nice setup.
