It's not really a full-size pistol, but I bought this Bersa BP9CC for $200. After shipping and transfer, the total cost was right at $250. Reviews online have been good, so we'll see. It's a nice bonus that it came with a threaded barrel. Two magazines were included. It was made in Argentina.
The AimSurplus LE Trade-ins fit this subject perfectly. Got a G22 delivered for $330.

One gun that has been getting surprisingly good reviews (for a Taurus) is the TS9. I've seen them in the $250 range online. I'm not sure I buy into the "government contract overrun, so get them now" hype but it would seem to be a good buy. On the negative side, this gun has little to no performance history (Philippine contract notwithstanding) and no optics cut, which nowadays is a deal breaker for some folks.
