Question SureFire M95 Pressure Switch Triming

Just want to know if any on has had to trim the pressure switch for a Surefire M95 light to get it to fit in the switch recess on a vertical grip? I have a FAB T-Pod Tactical Foregrip-Bipod and the switch recess is a little too narrow. Is trimming it a good or bad idea?

Having owned many, many Sure Fire tape switches, I don't think I would attempt to trim one, there really isn't anything you can trim without exposing the internal workings of the switch, IMHO
