Unfortunately the onus of proof may be on the owner of the magazine. But if they had a pre-ban receipt for the purchase of some large quantity of magazines...
This isn't an illegal gun, it's an "undocumented protection device". Don't be so insensitive.

I for one would be okay if Magpul diverted like 50% of their magazine shipments to the state of Colorado for the foreseeable future.

I read the bill. It plainly states the burden of proof is on the Prosecution.

Excellent! The road is paved for civil disobedience, then.

Meanwhile, Wyoming's legislation is going in an opposite direction than Colorado's on guns. Come on up, Magpul. We are the most business friendly state in the union and right up the road.

I know this isn't the for sale section but I've got windowed Pmags in black that I stocked up on but they were $39.99 plus tax. If someone wants them for $45 each send me an email to discuss.

It is the mold code. It is more of a QA/QC thing, it is not a legal requirement.

No, the bill clearly states that burden of proof will rest with prosecution. For now this makes things very easy for civil disobedience. Once it's passed it will be only a matter of time before they wrench down on the stipulations. That's the easy part.
