Thx IG. I wouldn’t mind if he made a 14, or 15” CMR.

I think the one I shot was actually a 15". I have faith that he will do what needs to be done in a smart way.

First of all, Centurion Arms is and has been an advertising member on M4C, for quite a long while, and I am glad to see that clicking their banner ad now goes to their website. 😎

I already had a couple Centurion Arms FSP rails, which I think are really nice, but I always wanted to build off of a CMR. I follow Semper Paratus, so that recent trip to their shop caught my attention. I have noticed for a while that they offer 7.62 rails 12-15” (CMR and M-Lok). So, that was it. Big-bore AR with a 7.62 CMR was on my mind. I contacted them regarding a 7.62 upper/lower set, and they were actually already in the process. I chose a 14” CMR rail. About the only component that I lack is a barrel, and I have the feeling that I am going to wait a couple months to see what happens.

I guess I should visit https://www.centurionarms.com more often. Monty has exactly what I was looking for:

Looks like the upper/lower rear slant is similar to the same style as LMT/LaRue/KAC AR-10's. That a nice looking receiver set and rail. Look forward to seeing what you do with that.

The upper receiver pinned to my LMT lower, with little effort.

They have been very responsive and helpful every time I have sent an email. I look forward to see what they have coming.
