I believe Larry himself said that there are going to be two volumes. Just too much information to fit into one.

Correct, two volumes for the AR-15 guide.

What I meant with my above post is that I don't know if they will reprint the books ever again after they sell out.

LAV said they will be doing a second printing of the 1911 book later in 2017.

Ah hah, good to know. Thanks for the heads up, it would make sense they would do the same for his AR guides as well.

Of course, the book will comfort you while you end your life, shitting yourself, unloved in some care facility.

OOPS! Did I say that in my outside voice.

I've raised 6 of the little devils, enjoy racing and shooting with the grandkids of my oldest, in about 6 years I hope I'm a great granddad.

Seriously man, do what you gotta do, but I'd recommend parenthood - the two youngest are adopted - best thing I ever did and I was nearly 45 when I did it.

What's life for if not to spend it with family?

Sorry if I offended, but the kiddos are the best part of my life.

I'm glad you guys like the book !! My coauthor and I poured our heart and soul into this AR book ( as we did the 1911 book as well) and I really like how it turned out - we tweaked the formula just a bit from the 1911 book and I like the end result . This AR volume one is going to be the template for future VickersGuide books

We plan on reprinting the 1911 book in 2017

I wouldn't wait to buy an AR-15 volume one if you want one - we printed twice as many as we did the 1911 book but they are selling at a rate far beyond the first book

We plan reprints but that is a time consuming costly process- my advice is if you want it buy it now and don't Wait

Thanx for all your compliments and if you want to order go to www.vickersguide.com

    Be safe -LAV out

I may have to buy one. It looks like a definitive guide.

On a side note, Moose-Knuckle... my 17 year old West Point bound son just saw your "ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK" sticker and he says he needs one for his truck. I may have to find one for mine as well.

Let me know if you do.
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

    Chuck, we miss ya man.

I've been looking. That's what I would call a thinking man's bumper sticker, if ever produced. Most would have to do a double take to get the message.

I've got some time while I sit by the fireplace. It's 6 degrees outside and I've got a bad case of non-motivation to go outside and do some work.
