Getting back to “the science“, the problem is that data sucks. Trying to extract information from it is hard. On a tangent that’s why I will never work as well as we think, because data is always noisy. This is at the forefront of every government on the planet, and we have a hard time telling who has and who hasn’t had it.

And notice how all they talk about his cases right now, not deaths. All they talk about deaths anecdotally and cases quantitatively. Most people collect enough data to support their hypothesis and then stop looking. That’s a sign of a experienced scientist. Or at least one that wants a job.

Biden himself has said he's close to mandating it for .gov employees. The rules are different there. The .gov can't just mandate something out of thin air, because people have rights when it comes to their own bodies and government.

Is there a precedent for requiring a vaccination authorized under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA)?

Why does the CDC require "that vaccine recipients or their caregivers are provided with certain vaccine-specific EUA information to help make an informed decision about vaccination." How can a recipient make an informed decision if the vaccine is required for employment?

No Covid 19 is licenced for use. Forced participation in a medical experiment as a condition of employment is NOT "Free market in action".

If the reason people aren’t getting vaccinated is because those who actually understand the science behind it are confident in the studies and real world data then they are a different level of stupid.
