I was pondering this weekend what it means that they (dems, deep state, the left) are so afraid of trump that they're willing to do something this rash / brazen/ visible.
We view him sometimes as damaged goods, inept, loud and obnoxious.
But if they are so afraid of him it makes me think that they believe he would beat Biden (or whoever they run), and more so than alternate Republican challengers.

The Second Amendment ACKNOWLEDGES our right to own and bear arms that are in common use that can be used for lawful purposes. The arms can be restricted ONLY if subject to historical analogue from the founding era or is dangerous (unsafe) AND unusual.

And that is why I posted earlier about the 4th Amendment being specific about warrants. Not supposed to be "fishing expeditions" where anything found is admissible and chargeable. Ironically it was probably a "law and order uber alles" SCOTUS decision that allowed it, but I don't give a damn what the courts have ruled. It's unconstitutional and should be barred. Warrant says you're looking for X but find Y? Too bad so sad, it gets thrown out.
I have ZERO belief in the infallibility of The Court. It was at one time ruled that slavery was kosher, that should tell you something. Oh and Kelo, what a winner there huh? Sorry, none of that kind of shit is right.
