Smith & Wesson ( or the mother ship), as the collectors call it, does not seem to have any old school revolver smiths. I would not recommend sending any pre-lock revolver to them for anything. They sold off all the parts for the earlier guns.
Frank Glenn should be able to straighten the bent yoke for you.

Got my 19 back from Frank today and I couldn't be happier. The double action trigger makes glass look abrasive. I can't wait to hit the range.
He not only does amazing work but is easy and quick to work with- thanks again for the recommendation!

Nice!!!
Are those Ahrends? Those and Herrett's are my two favorite stocks.
They are! Good eye! It's amazing what an improvement they are in handling (and looks) over the original stocks. I was going to order a set of Ahrends Target grips but these Combats were "used" and half price on ebay.

On an L or N frame they are definitely hard to beat.
I snagged a S&W 45 ACP wheelgun last week - one of the old 1937 Brazilian police guns. I'm going to get some stag or elk grips for it. It also shoots very well. It will likely have Frank working on the innards.
And a buddy has one of Frank Glenn's old PPC guns we are haggling over. A 6" Model 10 that has a bull barrel and a Bomar rib. Cash, Bourbon and cigars are probably going to result in me owning it.
