Regarding 3rd world shit holes, I know of one that in the year before the last election the Minister of Transportation increased the buying of asphalt by $200,000,000, with the price the country was paying he got maybe 50% kick back.

But only Hezbullah runs Lebanon, they have had 100% control of the port, the city, the military, the government for years. Which is why with hardship Iran is having due to Trump embargo, Lebanon's economy is well and truly in the toilet.

FLIR video is plausible, I'm just suspect of the authenticity of the video as a missile or guided bomb strike, that would be incredibly convenient for the locals on the hook to blame someone, be it US or Israel, anyone but them. Time will tell.
