Won't a 9" be to short for the MRP CQB upper?

I believe so. Hence why it might be nice if LMT made a shorter MRP or LM8 upper for 300 Blackout. I wouldn't mind a longer rail, but AFAIK LMT's gas block won't fit under an MRP.

It certainly seems incredible. Not sure what LMT would be thinking by making a MRP barrel that doesn't fit in any MRPs, or have compatibility with any marketed silencers.

I'm curious if the internal diameter on the newer slim uppers is any greater. Would like to be able to drop a 6.5" 300BLK barrel with suppressor attached down into the upper.

I could have heard wrong or the rep could have said it wrong. I was sure I heard 9 inch and 16 inch in 1-7.

Not sure I'd compare an old SAAMI chamber to a barrel length that wouldn't work with any of their existing products.

It is true - 1/7 twist.

I don't believe their delays are due to any bad ammo. I have offered them ammo many times and they did not accept.
