The nomination need a majority to get out of committee…so if the Rs on the committee hold, they don’t get the nominee to vote on in the full senate and Have Kamalalala break a potential tie.

I’m interested to hear how a potential nominee that was picked based on her race and sex can decide cases about race based preferences.
I was about to post the same. The Judicial Committee is 11R and 11D. If Republicans find their balls, they can prevent the nominee from going to the Senate for a full majority vote. If this happens Schumer can then setup 4 hours of debate with only a simply Majority needed to schedule the debate which they will get with a Kamala vote. However, when the debate is over it goes to the floor as a cloture motion which needs 10 Republicans to vote yes.

The problem with all of this is something we already know, Republicans have no balls to play the same game Dems do.

This bring up another issue. If Captain Dementia nominates Kamala, and she gets out of committee and goes to the full senate vote, and the vote is 50/50 can she brake the tie to put herself on the bench? Sounds like a big effin problem if the answer is yes.

BLOWS MY MIND that the pic is based on Gender and Race.

Why? It's how the Left operates.

Mazie Hirono already said that the nominee should not decide cases based on the law.

It gets worse for the dems. Lawrence Tribe, Uber left lawyer, says that the VP can’t break a tie when it comes to advise and consent votes like SCOTUS picks…..

Ben Shapiro had some great points today. Like how the dems will just take a lawyer from their lefty advocacy groups and SCOTUS them, like RBG. Imagine if Trump had put up an NRA lawyer for SCOTUS- same thing. Plus, they never pick someone that will go flaky like Roberts. Always solid left votes, no question about it.

Nice that Breyer showed his copy of the Constitution, bet he had to buy it to use it as a prop…

And the Dems have gone so far past sleaze and into criminal-scum territory this year that I won't feel any tinge of guilt if McConnell does that.
The GOP has the POS in Alaska and Maine that wouldn't do the right thing if their lives depended on it.
Lindsey Graham confirmed one of Burdens nominees last year to a lower court.

There are a few other RINOs as well, so I don't see what your describing happening.

(CNN)President Joe Biden and Senate Democrats are making plans to advance his history-making Supreme Court pick, selling the country on a Black female nominee they plan to argue is eminently qualified and barrier-breaking at the same time.
The Democrats don’t know which black woman is going to get nominated, but they are sure that she is eminently qualified. That’s not prejudicial at all.
