An incredible degree of restraint... I wouldn't have had it. The employee would have been legally and morally justified in taking it away immediately, at the least.
A great training video for the common tactic of screaming that people are doing something to you that they actually are not.
Some days I feel like someone unlocked the asylum and gave all its inmates a map and some meth to get them started.
