You've been given some great advice by everyone posting before me.

Were I in your place I would get the Geissele, then spend the rest of the money you have set aside on ammo, mags, and training (Semper Paratus or similar armorers course, basic carbine course, etc.).

I'll echo what everyone else here is saying. Upgrade the trigger to a G or MBT if you want. There is no way I'd change out a DD BCG and if I did, it'd be for a Scionics NP3. Sharps BCG's had inital heat treat problems with their bolts but that seems to be fixed now. Note that sharps BCG's are batch tested whereas each DD BCG is individually HPT/MPI tested. This doesn't matter to a lot of people these days but it does to me. I went down the path of coated BCG's for a while (DLC & Ion Bond) and came full circle back to phoshate BCG's. There's only a few points of contact in the upper receiver and no matter what coating a BCG has, it still has to be lubricated.

Looking for best reliability I know DD makes great stuff but more lubricity = less friction makes sense in that stand point. What's your thought on the sharps bcg? Should I consider the roller pin at all with such a low round count in my DD the cam pin is making noticable nicks already
You'd be much better off spending the money on good mags and lube. If its wet, that's all it needs. The Sionics NP3 gets great reviews and I like BCM's IonBond variant, but I wouldn't bother if I already had the gun complete with BCG. Get spares like the BCM bolt rebuild kit and a firing pin. That's all you need.

I had a DD V5 that I felt the need to, "Upgrade". I pulled the quad rail and sold it on line. I replaced that with a 15" DD M-Lok rail. I install Geissele SSA triggers in all of my AR's. I liked the result enough that I bought a pair of DDV7's. One of which is my Patrol Rifle while at work as an LEO.

I wouldn't think for a second of replacing it with a LWRC piston gun, or with any piston AR for that matter.

for the trigger get a Larue MBT for $87. Just as good as Geiselle SSA IMO and more than 50% less

Basically i would change nothing. DD makes good rifles, but the above changes would be better than what you are thinking IMO.. I would rather have a DD than a LWRCI any day of the week.
You got the right answer with the first reply.
If you want to get creative with the bolt/BCG, maybe wait until you shoot out the current barrel and replace at the same time. For the trigger, the LaRue’s wide contact area and edges aren’t my ultimate favorite compared to Geissele (or any other trigger), but for being an excellent trigger, it is the right choice.

Dont downgrade parts in a reliable gun(talking bcg).
I cant recall hearing about issues with DD bcgs. They seem to be very good (I only know one person with one, but its been a 100% gun, though low round count).

    This sums it up nicely.

Which G trigger were you thinking of getting? Personally, I use a slightly modified (heavier trigger) SSA in my duty carbine, and feel zero need to change.
    Stick
