Thumb break as in leather with the snap closure over top? If so, I don’t have one of those but my G45 fits fine in my two ALS and one GLS Safariland holster, all of which were bought before the Gen 5s were released.

ETA - my G45 has the Vickers slide stops too.

I picked up two of these Austrian made ones yesterday.
They happened to have consecutive serial #’s and they have the extractor/case slide cut. The triggers were decent out of the box, the Ameriglo sights were installed correctly, barrel lock up on both along with the slide to frame fit was tight, the barrel crowns look fine, no surprises. Also, picked up a 365 for her.

No, the newer ALS / GLS. I don’t know the safariland models. That answered my question, thank you. On a side note, Safariland has some of the most convoluted and nonsensical model naming and differentiation systems of any product I’ve even seen. Imagine if instead of a Glock 19 gen 5 mos, you had Glock G-9195002A.

Thank you, I wanted to know about the slide cut ejection rocket feature

What’s the extractor case slide cut?

On some of the new Gen5 Glocks, there's a vertical cut on the left-side of the breech-face.
The cut apparently aids in ejecting the spent brass strongly out to the right, ending any erratic ejection issues.

I don't own such a Glock (yet) and don't have a pic to post of this cut.
I've only been able to see and shoot a friend's G45MOS which has this cut.

Also, so far, it seems the Gen5 MOS models have this cut, but I've been unable to confirm which other of the new Gen5 models have or don't have this cut. My early G19gen5 and G17gen5 guns do not have this breech-face cut.

Thanks! Anyone that can point this out with a pic would be appreciated.
I’ve had a Glock with ejection issues, don’t want another.

Don’t quote me on it, but I think it’s the notch that the arrow is pointing to in the below photo of my G45:

Absent in my older Gen 4:

My mos has this and it does seem to have ended my biggest pet peeve with Glock 19s. I wonder what caused them to finally fix it?

I shot my (MOS) G19 Gen 5 today and while it does eject brass to the right, I noticed the last round out of the chamber was often spinning on top of the slide. None of the other rounds would do this. Odd.
