They only made the second season because of the outcry from the fans after the cliffhanger from the first.

    Other shows I miss...

    Stargate Seasons 1-8
    Stargate: Atlantis Seasons 1-4
Stargate Universe (they cancelled it just as it was getting good)

    Yeah, there's a theme there...

Terra Nova (they really screwed that one up about halfway through, but it had serious potential)
The Unit Seasons 1-3 (#4 had some moments)
Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles (as someone mentioned)

I'm sure there are a lot more that escape me at the moment.

Yeah CBS cancelled them and only rushed the second season to shut fans up. As unfortunate as it was, I really enjoyed the first season.

Wondered if someone was going to mention Longmire.

    Justified could have gone on.

I miss Home Improvement, although Last Man Standing is okay.

Barney Miller, Hill Street Blues, and Car 54 Where Are You? Were also great.

Big Bang Theory also could have gone on.

Ah, HSB, the po-pro that defined the genre's modern form, and which all since have just been imitations of.

Yeah I know (I emailed them about it) and it was good to have “closure” but that show had potential and could have gone on.

Wow Talk about a Win and Lose answer. Craprica might be the worst sci fi show in the history of cable tv.

That said, Hills Street Blues is definitely on the same list. Best cop show ever...High Incident. Very realistic, no social justice morality tales, bad guys were bad guys, cops doing what little they could with what little they had. Didn't stand a chance, once season and forgotten.

Worst Cop Show is still "Cop Rock" but I swear Blue Bloods is trying my patience. Still a Selleck fan and I get it's probably an honest portrayal of NYC police politics, etc. But every episode pisses me off just a little bit.

    The Wonder Years

I wish they would bring that one back.
