I honestly don't know if I believe in Covid anymore. Part of me thinks it's literally the common cold, and I question whether there's even an isolated strain that is this thing we call Covid, or whether these tests simply react to any coronavirus, or to nothing at all.

One thing I do know for sure, though, if it's real, it's manmade and was released intentionally. Economy killing global pandemics just don't happen to come along at the perfect moment to cover up a global financial crisis.

Not only that, but nobody shuts down an economy for something that's no deadlier than the common cold. I remember back during SARS, which killed 15% of people, our class trip to Germany didn't even get cancelled.

The ****ery on this one is off the charts.

And things are going back in the wrong direction. This week there were over 700,000 new unemployment claims, but only 500,000 fewer continuing unemployment claims-and I'm pretty sure that's basically how it's been since October.

And they're talking about lockdowns again...

I'm not saying government cheese is the answer, but the problems with the economy are definitely very real, which is more than can be said of the virus, the existence of which would be unknown to everyone if the government weren't here to tell us how existentially threatening it is.
I've buried two people so far that I've known for over 20 years because of it. I would say it was existential to them.

There's always going to be people who believe the Apollo 11 Moon landing was a Hollywood set, and Covid isn't real. That said, I think there's merit in the argument that government lockdowns and so-called stimulus bills to provide temporary relief from the lockdowns are doing more harm than the virus.

Yes, I understand, if YOU are unemployed it's a big deal etc....but MANY THINGS are a big deal to individuals.

Although, I will say this- at some point if you are a server at Buds Cocktail Lounge & Bagel Bites, and you've been out of work for the last 9 months- You need to realize that Buds isn't opening anytime soon and find other employment.
My point is simple. We (my family and friends who all work) been paying taxes to support the welfare class for DECADES, so they can sit at home with their legs spread and squirt out kids like Pez dispensers. If we can't get TEMPORARY support during a man-made global pandemic that's been converted into a political weapon, then it's time to start flipping over tables.
What if this whole crusade's a charade?

Personally, I believe that Covid was a biological weapon. People will say, "Then it's a shitty weapon because the lethality isn't that high"....not if your goal is not to kill everyone but simply break them financially, get them into "compliance mode" and enslave them...If it HAD been a Slate Wiper- we'd be at war with the Chinese- and that's not what they want....At least not a shooting war...

Our own Elites have since harnessed it's potential for their own purposes. You don't matter quite honestly. Not to them, the more you suffer the better---and you can STILL pay for the Pez Spreaders btw....

So yea, it IS time to start flipping tables. Long past actually....

Yea I currently have an uncle who's in the hospital with it. Or rather he's in the hospital with pneumonia that was presumably caused by it. Doesn't change the fact that there's little to no statistical difference in terms of respiratory illness and death from last year to this year.

The death toll from shutting things down will be far, far higher than that of Covid. Probably by order of magnitude. Just the suspension of elective treatments will probably be a death sentence for hundreds of thousands if not millions.

To some, myself included it’s pretty easy.
