NBC news clearly stating the PODS was a female identifying as male.

There is going to be some interesting spinning going on here. PD saying PODS had a maps and what they called surveillance info. Openly calling this a targeted attack. Wonder if PODS was blaming childhood trauma for something. Too bad PODS medical records will still be sealed.

Now they will say it is the Right’s fault this crazy shot up a school because if “it” was accepted and had government paid for genital mutilation it would not have murdered those people.

I don't think HIPAA should apply to a deceased perp. There is no functional or logical reason to hide medical stuff now that the person is dead and committed an egregious crime. Expose it ALL! Don't give a shit if there is embarrassment to someone, it's time to lay the perp bare.

Hold up on that "confirmation".

Hale was an illustrator and graphic designer who used he/him pronouns, according to a police spokesperson. Police said Hale was transgender and they initially identified him by his birth name and gender.

Metro Nashville Police say a former student carrying two assault rifles and a handgun killed three students and three adults at The Covenant School in Nashville Monday, March 23.

Police identified the shooting suspect by his name at birth, Audrey Hale, and did not provide another name. He was a transgender man who used male pronouns. The police initially identified him as a woman. They say he entered the school through a side entrance and began shooting.
