And YES. To my surprise, those stupid 147s fly to 925 yards with a hint of accuracy. I don't know if they stay supersonic that far, but they did a respectable job.

Well, you guys did it. I'm hunting down a LW 16" right now and will get optics as soon as I sell this RPR (impulse buy). Considering the Vortex Razor HD II 3-18x

That Vortex razor is a very nice piece of glass. It's the hulk of scopes but it will do the job.

Well I just sent my documentation for their mil/leo discount before I order. Although, I've considered NF, Leupold Mk6, and a USO LR17 I spotted on SnipersHide.
Gotta chat with Boba Fett about getting the LMT on the way.

I don't even own .308 anymore but the LMT is high on the list. Do they have a model which has a CHF barrel and uses their enhanced bolt? Also, I've read Night Force is the best choice for holding up on .308+? Warranties are great, but I prefer to never need them.

My 6.5CM barrel arrived before my MWS was at the FFL. Now its getting a 6CM barrel made for it. Do not think of it as a 308 rather a platform for what ever short action caliber you want to shoot. It can be a DMR rifle or with light weight barrels as an assault rifle. Think of it more as the swiss army knife. Barrels choices from LMT are chrome lined or stainless steel. But you also have aftermarket barrel options.

The enhanced bolt is only made for the 5.56 variety. There is only one LMT AR10 BCG, and it's very nice. I bought an extra heavy buffet and spring because I run suppressed. However it runs fine both with or without a can.

I was thinking of using a Gemtech carrier and an enhanced bolt, but that's okay. Maybe pick up a Reliabolt plus and keep the factory bcg for back-up. I'd like to pick up my 1st can with the LMT. Thanks.
