    Help identifying rifle

    Does anyone know what this rifle is? Is it a mosin Nagant?

    Much nicer than the Nagant IMO. The Enfield's are nice and the .303 is plentiful right now.

    Check the bore for rust before you buy. A lot of corrosive .303 ammo was sold here a few years back and not everyone got the word about how to clean up afterwards. In bad cases it can render the rifle useless.

    I love the enfields. Mine works so quickly. That one is purty. Hit the local gun shows for ammo. Very plentiful.

    It's a No. 4 Lee Enfield. Later WW2 era model. Chambered for .303 which isn't as cheap as it used to be unfortunately. That one you posted a pic of is very nice looking, beautiful stock.

    Oh man, that looks like my Dad's old Enfield... I still remember him taking me out to shoot it when I was SMALL. It scared the crap out of me. I was scared to shoot it again until I was a young teenager.
