    Surefire FA762SS and Rail Compatibility

Does anyone happen to know of particular rails that can partially cover a Surefire FA762 suppressor? I did some searching and I am not finding any particular information.

How would you do the latch if it is covered by the rail?
If you have the max diameter with the latch, I can measure some rails to see if they'd fit or not.

I know it's stupid, but it is something that is being requested. The diameter of the can is 1.5" inches.

I'm pretty sure 1.5" is the main tube diameter. I would need the size with the latch open, If I'm thinking right, it'll be a few tenths larger. I can measure that in a few days, but definitely not today.

Yankee Hill lightweight should work even though I don't care for them. Looks like 1.75" ID

Just measured this up. If your barrel and rail are perfectly aligned, it looks like it could slide on with a 1.75" rail, if you could figure out a way to work the latch somehow. It would be a creepy tight fit by the latch bulge, I'm sure you'd get witness contact marks. I would say this would be a no-go, a monster rail is ridiculous and you'd still have the latch issue to deal with.

I believe PRI might work. If you like that style.
