Question SIZE CHART TO CHOOSE SIZE OF SAPI PLATE

Do you know if the US army make a guide "size chart", like for the helmet, to make the good choose for the size of Sapi Plate ?

    Thanks.

i'd start with going by your BDU top size, then go up or down in plate size depending on whether you want/need more coverage or more mobility.

someone who actually uses them for a living can chime in if i'm incorrect.

How tall are you?? How much do you weigh?? Chest size (girth measured under the armpits and across the nipples)?

MM gave a pretty good guideline with the BDU top. Most average people can use a medium and have plenty of coverage of vitals and good mobility.
