Why do you detest chisel grinds?

I've got a few chisel ground blades. Only thing I've ever noticed is how they can turn in the direction the grind is. If that makes sense. They are supreme slicers, edge holders and are easy to maintain though. All grinds have a up and down side I think. I am certainly not expert enough to point them all out though. Light years from it.

Very impressive. I had no idea that katana that old were still in so fine a condition.
Were those restored to that sheen, or were they just that well preserved?
Just imagine all the history those blades have seen!
