Ecclesiastes 10:2:
To co witness, I would need to hard mount it with the Scalarworks unit. This would make it permanent-ish. The things that would cause me to need my irons are things that would prevent my use of the optic. Those things are:
Dot died
Window shattered
Window obscured
Only one of those is possible to overcome with the optic in situ. If I need the irons, it's just as likely an optic that cannot be removed, will prevent their use, as well.
The mid stock position and qd optic height is happy and pleasant coincidence.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
