That rifle looks BAD ASS!
Really bummed to have missed this class. The upside is by the time it comes around again I will have a 16" DI SA .308 rifle and a chance to learn and train with it before jumping into the deep end.

Thanks for the pics. Wish I was closer to some of the action as there doesn't seem to be any of these classes within reasonable distance to me.

That's the problem for a lot of us. Not a whole lot of ranges out there that support anything more than sitting at a bench. Training comes here to Texas for sure, but Houston is a 3hr drive, Dallas 5, College Station about 5......that distance just makes it that much harder to attend. US Training Center was going to do a class here in the San Antonio area earlier this year but had to cancel due to a lack of commitment. One of the biggest cities in country and not a whole lot of interest in training like this? Sucks
This was a great class. Jim Smith is an excellent instructor, very willing to hsare his knowledge and opinions.
He also has a facility in Texas, would love to get down there and train some more with him.

No offense to the USTC guys but hosting open enrollment classes isn't their bread and butter. We may have a bigger footprint in that regard.
Jim does indeed have a facility in Texas, but I don't know how close that is to you. If San Antonio has a suitable range then I would be willing to try to fill it for Jim or one of the other instructors we work with. I need to head out that way for some unrelated business anyways.
